My Birtday...

Thanks to all who came to my house for my birthday! I had so much fun!!! we just sat around and ate and played darts... woot! I was very successful at my horse show 2 weeks ago and I'm getting ready for my next one...next week! This past show I came home with 2 firsts 1 second and 1 fourth...I was very pleased considering the barn that I go to has only had this horse (T-Rex) for 2 months. Hope everyone's summer is going well!

More than gas is free

Now, what would possess these guys to give away $10?

What would possess you to do something like that? To simply be nice? Really nice?

Hey Sarah and gang.
Sorry we couldn't be at the big bash yesterday! I hope y'all had a good time. I can't believe Sarah can get her license now! Yikes... :-)

this and that

This next week is going to be really hectic for me. I have a horse show to get ready for. In the summer horses are my life. But unfortunately this is my last year showing. I just need to get ready for other things in life. The horse I was supposed to ride went lame so I'm riding a different one that I have ridden only once. The show is over my birthday... woohoo! i hope everything works out well. I hope everyone is having an amazing summer! i posted a comment on elitches (i think Jen posted it) about cost and about youth group at my house on the 24th for my birthday. I'll tell you guys all about the show once i get back.

Coffee and Elitches

For those of you who missed out on coffee last night, you missed a good time! We started at Serrano's, where Eric and John played three games of chess... Let's just say, Eric is really good. By the time they kicked us out of Serrano's at 8:15, Gravy had come and gone, and it was Avery, Eric, Jay, Jen, Natalie, Becky, John, Bill, and Meredith hanging out...so we went to Starbucks and hung out some more. We learned that if you ever get hurt with Gravy around, be prepared to "walk it off!"

Just a reminder too, that Elitches is June 19, which is a Tuesday. More info will be coming on a postcard soon, but let me just say, I LOVE roller coasters, and plan to ride all of them. I hope you'll come along too...
